I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this hotel. I was impressed by the incredible value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the range of amenities available. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated conveniently near the autoroute and offering stunning views of the seaside from its hillside position. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, with air conditioning and a terrace overlooking the mountains. Finally, the breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with a wonderful view to enjoy while starting the day.
All in all, I couldn't fault my experience at this hotel.

Its a marcelous place, full of magic that armoniously complements the architecture with the natural surroundings mountain and sea. Its just amazing, words can't describe the sensation of wellness, peace, harmony and freedom that means staying in this place. Its owners are real people who live there with their two beautiful children and are continuously searching ways to please in everyway their guests. I saw them playing, talking, sharing and dinning with us. Taking us to a castle and showing us how they made the best wines, a ride in the castle that took us in a trip to the past. Then, a trip back again across the marvelous sites of abruzzo. I felt so happy, so free. If I wanted to go to the beach I just drove 10 minutes down a street that has grapes on one side and olives on the other, the view of the sea and the mountain at the same time - magic to the eyes. A 15 minutes walk and you are nearby a small town that seems taken out of a children story book. They had "SAGRAS" nights where everyone ate pizza and people of all ages danced ...everyone knew everyone. All spoke the same language, everyone had empathy with all. Then, back to suzanna degli ulivi...you can relax in the hydropool or had a moody shower, you have hot, then feel in the jungle and then cold, the salt room with chromotherapy, just so special, the music, the aromathic sensations, what can I say...just sublime. The meals are spectacular, the kitchen ....clean we had a ride inside and met the chefs, I could go on and on and on....its out of the common...if you really want to "RELAX"-"HAVE FUN"- "FEEL FREE"-"DRINK"-"DANCE" have a ride...with your mate, alone or with children...its a perfect place...its "THE BEST" in all senses .....

We spent Xmas at this hotel and had a pleasant stay. the breakfast was good with a decent variety of food. the view from the pool area was fantastic and gave us a lovely sense of relaxation. the location was perfect as it offered a tranquil getaway from the hustle and bustle of the town.
There were a few aspects that were not up to our expectations. the fitness center was just an outdoor exercise area which was disappointing.

The view was breathtaking! We were able to see both the sea and the mountains, and it was incredible. The pool area was also very nice and relaxing, perfect for a calm weekend getaway. We loved the fact that the breakfast was included in the price, and it was good enough to keep us satisfied until lunchtime. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
It was only an outdoor exercise area, and it wasn't what we expected. We also had some trouble with the billing, as it was unclear how much the lunches/dinners cost, and we never received a bill after our meals.
